In February 2011 the Drupal agency Berger Schmidt has moved into office spaces at the Technologiefabrik Karlsruhe. Initially there are 2 employees working and programming with the well-proven content management system Drupal.

With this step, the web-professionals are well-equipped for the future. Due to flexible room concepts (starting from 35 sq.m.) the "Technologiefabrik" not only supports start-ups but also offers young entrepreneurs the possibility to resize according to different order situations.

The Technologiefabrik Karlsruhe GmbH is a prosperous business incubator for the hightech and technology industry, and is situated near the university KIT.

Developed in 1983 as spin-off of the IHK Karlsruhe's (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) consulting and service branch, the Technologiefabrik now acts as an intersection between research, science, and economy.
