Die neue Website der EU Energy Initiative Partnership Dialogue Facility (EUEI PDF) mit Sitz in Eschborn bei Frankfurt am Main ist online.
Die Drupal-Dienstleister Berger Schmidt entwickelten die Website zusammen mit der Agentur Schumacher. Visuelle Kommunikation und setzen das Open-Source Content-Management-System Drupal ein. Die Redaktion erfolgt durch die Mitarbeiter der EUEI PDF.
Als besonderes Feature enthält die Website ein umfangreiches Dokumenten-Archiv für die Aktivitäten und Studien der EUEI PDF. Filter- und Such-Funktionen, die über ein Custom-Drupal-Modul zur Verfügung gestellt werden, unterstützen die Recherche im Archiv.
About the EUEI PDF
The Partnership Dialogue Facility (EUEI PDF) is an instrument developed and funded by a number of EU member states and the European Commission in the context of the EU Energy Initiative (EUEI).
The overall objective of the EUEI PDF is to support our partner countries and regions across Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Pacific in developing policies and strategies for the promotion of access to energy.

Der bekannte Editors Weblog, eine Publikation des World Editors Forum, sowie der SFN - Shaping the Future of the Newspaper Blog sind nach Drupal migriert!
In Zusammenarbeit mit den Drupal-Dienstleistern Berger Schmidt integrierte die WAN-IFRA - World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers die beiden Blogs in das bestehende Multi-Site-Setup und importierte dabei die vorhandenen Benutzer sowie ca. 25.000 Artikel aus den MySQL-Datenbanken der zuvor verwendeten Publishing-Platform Movable Type.

Die Drupal-Dienstleister Berger Schmidt haben das von Schumacher. Visuelle Kommunikation entwickelte Design für die Microsite "Energy" auf der Website Africa and Europe in Partnership technisch implementiert.
Das Projekt fand in Abstimmung mit dem Technischen Support der Europäischen Kommission in Brüssel und den Projekt-Managern der EU Energy Initiative Partnership Dialogue Facility (EUEI PDF) in Eschborn bei Frankfurt statt.
About the AEEP
The Africa-EU Energy Partnership (AEEP) is one of the eight partnerships of the Africa-EU Joint Strategy adopted by African and European Heads of State and Government in Lisbon in December 2007.
With a focus on energy issues of strategic importance, the AEEP is structured as a long term framework for political dialogue and cooperation between Africa and the European Union (EU), reflecting their mutual needs.
